About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Residential Team Leader, you will work within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to ensure that revenue processing, receipting, client account administrative support, electronic claiming and credit control for the Residential Services portfolio are carried out in a timely and accurate manner. The role will also be providing operational support and assisting finance team members with queries relating to billing and debtor collection.

  • Invoicing/Claiming/Reconciliation
  • Credit control/Debtor collection
  • Receipting of payment received
  • Month end reporting
  • Resident Account enquiries
  • Data entry and Data Analysis
  • Liaising with different stakeholders in Residential team

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable or equivalent
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
  • Prior experience with SUN Systems, Epicore and Medicare online claiming systems an advantage
  • Working knowledge and / or experience of Aged Care legislation including the Aged Care Act 1997, principles, Residential Care Manual and Community Care Guidelines (desirable)
