Reporting to the Head of Learning you will work within the Mission in Action of HammondCare.  HammondCare is a Registered Training Organisation delivering Accredited Training within the Australian Skills Quality Authority. The Learning delivery team play a crucial role in ensuring HammondCare staff are equipped to set the global standard of relationship-based care, for people with complex needs.

Key Focus Areas

  • Lead and manage a team of HammondCare Educators and Workplace Coaches
  • Ensure HammondCare staff have positive and purposeful learning experiences
  • Manage training delivery to HammondCare frontline staff
  • Consult and collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Report on training activity utilising LMS and Power BI

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrated experience leading, managing and mentoring a team of skilled professionals
  • Relevant Health or Aged Care experience and/or qualification
  • Relevant Education experience and/or Teaching qualification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI)
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
