About us
HammondCare is a not-for-profit, values-based organisation that is passionate about improving the quality of care for people in need. As one of Australia’s most innovative health and aged care providers, we aim to set the global standard of relationship-based care for people with complex needs. HammondCare provides care primarily through hospitals, residential care homes and home-based care as well as services for dementia support, community palliative care, rehabilitation, positive aging and older persons’ mental health.
About the role
HammondCare is currently implementing the Workday HCM suite of products to replace all existing HR systems, with iChris payroll remaining as HammondCare’s payroll processing system. Workday will become the single source of truth for employee data and will integrate with iChris, Salesforce and data warehouse.
The program requires a Data and Reporting Analyst to complete data related tasks for the Workday Program, who will work with stakeholders across HammondCare - including data consumers, data producers, architecture teams and technology to interpret data requirements, their use and applicability to the Workday HCM platform, from the documentation of these right through to implementation, as well as validating data quality after conversion from legacy systems.
In addition, you will be responsible for documenting Data Requirements, Stakeholder Engagement, Data Quality and Data Lineage. You will also be responsible for understanding and documenting the reporting requirements for the Workday platform and PowerBI.
This is a six month contract based at St Leonards and has working from home options with flexibility to work from other HammondCare locations if required.
