HammondCare At Home provides specialised, relationship-based care in people’s homes across NSW, ACT, Melbourne and Brisbane. This enables older people and those living with dementia to enjoy quality time in their family homes for longer. Working with a person’s circumstances and challenges, our carers do whatever they can to provide support where and when people need it. This includes everything from clinical expertise, to cooking, to grocery shopping – or just a friendly chat.
