The opportunity 

The IT Hardware Coordinator supports our corporate team maintaining IT hardware and providing first and second line technical support to our HammondCare team.

This is a permanent full-time position based at St Leonards.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provisioning and sending End User Hardware
  • Inventory management (sending and receiving stock, keeping inventory tracking up-to-date)
  • Ownership and actioning Hardware Requests through Service Now
  • Work through mobile phone support issues and enrolment into Mobile Device Management platform
  • Support End User Computing devices and associated applications  
  • Supporting End Users with Office 365 related issues; MS Products; Windows 10 and SOE deployment
  • Supporting End Users with Devices, Laptops, Phone

Who are you?

  • Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
  • A minimum of 3 year’s demonstrated experience in an IT provisioning or support role
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience
  • Understanding of ITIL practices
  • Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills
  • A “can do” attitude of service and support
  • Strong planning and organising skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
  • ITIL foundations certification desirable
